Ciao a tutti ho ricevuto pochi minuti fa una mail da drive-usa (con cui ho prenotato un paio di mesi fa per agosto) e questo è il testo:

today we are informing you about the status of your rental car booking with FTI-Touristik.
As you can see from the current media reports, the FTI Group filed an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings for FTI Touristik, driveFTI, Cars&Camper and other parts of the company on June 3, 2024.
For you, this means that your booking with FTI Touristik cannot be carried out as planned. However, your contractual partner has not canceled your booking and the reservation is still active with your vehicle rental company (e.g. Alamo, National, etc.).
We at the travel agency Flamingo Company Fernreisen (USA-Reisen.de | drive-canada.de | drive-usa.de) are currently working hard to save your bookings and possibly your vacation. In order to be able to offer a good or comparable solution, however, the support of everyone involved is required. The best way to support us is to be patient. We will get back to you automatically as soon as possible.
Have you already paid for your booking with FTI Touristik? If you paid by credit card or PayPal, you can check with your payment service provider whether a "charge-back" procedure (credit card) is possible or activate buyer protection (PayPal). Payments made by bank transfer can usually be recalled by you via your bank. If you are unable to receive a refund, please contact the appointed insolvency administrator and assert your claim via the insolvency list.
Cancellations or changes at the customer's request cannot currently be carried out because the FTI Group's booking systems have been switched off since the weekend and are no longer accessible. If you have already sent us your cancellation request, we have noted it, but for the reasons stated above, it cannot currently be carried out.

Quindi se ho capito bene al momento non si può cancellare perchè anche i sistemi informatici sono bloccati...
Al momento non ho ancora pagato nulla, l'addebito è previsto per luglio, penso che la cosa migliore da fare al momento sia prenotare altro e attendere gli sviluppi...al massimo in prossimità dell'addebito escludo la possibilità di usare online la carta che ho dato in garanzia, ma spero di riuscire a disdire in maniera regolare. In questo momento anche se dovessero garantirmi la prenotazione temo che non mi fiderei molto...
