Un'altra cosa: il sito dell' US Department of State è: www.state.gov. Tutti gli indirizzi di siti ufficiali federali degli usa sono .gov, è facilissimo riconoscerli!

Per fare domanda della green card non bisogna MAI affidarsi a siti privati, sono tutti più o meno truffaldini. Bisogna fare richiesta direttamente al sito del departimento di stato, che tra l'altro sta mettendo in guardia da truffatori che chiedono soldi e promettono mari e monti (un posto di lavoro garantito o un appartamento a New York, nel tuo caso).

Premesso che si tratta di una truffa, c'e' da dire che.pero' e' piuttosto sofisticata perche' cio' che dicono e' in parte corretto, ossia che la partecipazione alla lotteria e' gratis, ma nel caso in cui.si vinca e' vero che si devono pagare delle processing fees che se non cambiate recentemente, si aggirano sui $1000. Ricordate comunque

che il DHS (Department of Homeland Security) NON contatta MAI ufficialmente per email, ma sempre per posta ordinaria e sempre e solo se sono stati contattati in precedenza o si ha un caso aperto con loro.Mai lo fanno di loro iniziativa: che motivo avrebbero?

Sposare un cittadino americano, chiederla dopo un certo periodo se si era presenti con un visto per lavoro o altri tipi di visto, asilo politico, investire piu' di 500 mila o 1 milione di $, dipende da cosa si fa. Questi sono quelli che mi ricordo, ma sicuramente ce ne sono altri.

Avevo anche letto che hanno annullato l'estrazione x il 2012 x un problema coi computer! È vero?

Giusto per rinfrescare la discussione, ho visto il link e ho guardato e come gli altri ho chiuso tutto alla richiesta dei dati della carta di credito... sarà passata un'ora al massimo e mi ha telefonato questo ipotetico Mr. Stanford parlandomi in un americano abbastanza comprensibile e facendomi anche qualche battuta in italiano.

Mi ha dato un Application number che non ho ben capito a che cosa possa servire e quando mi ha chiesto a voce il numero di carta di credito ho temporeggiato dicendo che l'avrei eventualmente inserito su internet perchè la linea era disturbata da interferenze...

Fermo restando che se e quando mi chiameranno di nuovo non darò il mio numero di carta di credito... sto application number è un numero inventato da loro o cosa? Cioè, per qualsiasi cosa, posso cancellarlo o per sicurezza (sicurezza di cosa poi?) mi conviene tenerlo?

Scusami, ma a quale sito ti sei registrato? E per quale arcano motivo hai dato il tuo numero di telefono? E si che abbiamo scritto chiaramente di cosa si tratta...

Per quell'Application Number, puoi pure giocarti i numeri al lotto, ma non sperare che ti serva a qualcosa in tema di green card.
