Bisognerebbe valutare costi e benefici: prendendo la E470 si bypassa Denver rapidamente e (tanto per riportare la mia esperienza) si giunge a Longmont in una mezz'ora; altrimenti, seguendo il "vecchio" percorso (Pena Blvd, I-70, SH 270 e poi I-25) si impiega circa un'ora... traffico permettendo. Considerando il tuo orario di arrivo, rischieresti di trovarti nel mezzo della "rush hour"...

La notifica di pagamento viene inviata all'intestatario del mezzo cui appartiene la targa, dopodiche' si puo' pagare online con carta di credito. Si puo' risparmiare qualcosina (20 %) applicando una sorta di Telepass all'auto. Da Wiki: The toll rate on E-470, roughly 36 cents per mile (22 ¢/km), is one of the highest rates of any toll road in the United States. There are five toll stations along the 47-mile (76 km) route and the average toll to pass each is $3.33. Ci sono delle telecamere che prendono nota delle targhe, quindi paghi solo se transiti effettivamente sulla E-470.
