In an effort to provide you with transparency and keep you informed; we’re writing to let you know that Xanterra’s concession contract with the National Park Service at Zion Lodge will expire at the end of the day on December 31, 2024. Effective 12:00am on January 1, 2025, Destination Zion Lodge, LLC, a subsidiary of POWDR, will be taking over the concession services at Zion Lodge, including lodging, food service, and retail operations. Rest assured, this change will NOT affect your reservation, and you do not need to take any additional action at this time regarding your reservation. Existing 2025 reservations will remain valid and will be transferred to Destination Zion Lodge over December 30 & 31. During this time, 2025 reservations will no longer be accessible through Xanterra’s website, and our reservations team will no longer have access to these reservations. If you need assistance with your 2025 Zion Lodge room reservation, you may contact us at 888-29PARKS (297-2757) through 7:00pm MT on December 29, 2024. After this date, if you have questions or need assistance with your reservation on/after January 1, 2025, please contact Zion Lodge directly at 435-772-7700 or by visiting ZionLodge.com. Please note that while your deposit will be transferred to Destination Zion Lodge, your credit card information will not be shared. All financial transactions for your 2025 reservation that occur on or after January 1, 2025, will be with Destination Zion Lodge.
