Ancora una volta vi chiedo un po' di pazienza

Ho prenotato a Curry Village, mi è arrivata una email, la quale spiegava che per mantenere la prenotazione bisognava pagare un anticipo entro il 18 Marzo. Mi sono ridotto all'ultimo cercando di capire come pagare utilizzando una carta di credito, ma non ci sono proprio riuscito! Sembra che l'unica alternativa sia telefonare... qualcuno di voi c'è stato ed ha dovuto affrontare la prenotazione online?

ti spiacerebbe postare il testo della mail naturalmente cancellando dati pesonali, numeri di carta ecc ecc?

Io ho prenotato su questo sito www.yosemitepark.com e la procedura mi portò ad un pagemento anticpato per intero... tutto andò a buon fine...

Ora in effetti sembra che il software di prenotazioni non funziona... eventualmente manda una e-mail se preferisci non chiamare

Confermo... anche a me è successa la stessa cosa... la procedura di prenotazione ti porta direttamente al pagamento...

No no, io ho fatto tutto tramite il sistema di prenotazione del sito! Infatti insieme all'email che vi ho postato prima, me n'è arrivata un'altra con tutto il riepilogo della prenotazione (con la stessa grafica del sito, per intenderci).

sulla tua carta non è stato addebitato nulla? certo chiamando risolveresti tutti i dubbi ma presumo ch eil problema sia dovuto al fatto di temere di non capire esattamente tutto, giusto?

la carta con cui hai prenotato è intestata a te? perchè l'altro utente aveva prenotato credo al Furnace con la carta intestata ad uno dei genitori ed avvea ricevuto una mail di richiesta conferma simile alla tua

Allora, la carta è intestata a me, ma si tratta di una tessera VISA prepagata, ed il credito NON era sufficiente. Quello che mi chiedo infatti è: nel momento in cui carico, come faccio ad inviare il pagamento? E può essere il credito insufficiente il motivo per cui sia gli alberghi sul Grand Canyon (che infatti richiedono un anticipo), sia Stovepipe Wells nella Death Valley dichiarano che i dati sulla mia tessera sono errati?

poterbbe essere perchè siaal curry village che allo stovepipe wells richiedono un pagamento anticipato, probabilmente non avendo la disponibilità economica sulla tua carta di danno errore...

sono sempre del parere che se mandi una e-mail con una spiegazione di quanto è successo,ricarichi la carta e gli dici di confermare la prenotazione non ci saranno problemi

beh certo!!!! se era una prepagata e non c'era credito è normale che sia successo ciò, richiedendo il curry il pagamento anticipato non hanno garantito la prenotazione non potendo prelevare l'importo dovuto. se hai problemi via telefono fai come dice marco, manda una mail dicendo che hai ricaricato la carta e che possono prenotare almenochè non accettino proprio le prepagate ma questo sinceramente non so dirtelo
