Kokopelli, Moab

Ho prenotato per il prossimo agosto 3 notti  al Kokopelli a Moab  e so che anche  alcuni di voi hanno prenotato per quest'anno.

La settimana scorsa ho ricevuto questa mail  riconducibile proprio a questo hotel:

Greetings from Vacasa! We wanted to reach out to welcome you as our soon-to-be guest, and confirm that you received an email from Premier Lodging about Vacasa’s new relationship with their homeowners and guests. We want to assure you that your reservation dates are secure, and we have transferred your information into our reservation system. We have been working closely with the Premier Lodging staff to make sure this is a smooth transition, and we hope to continue to provide you and your family with memorable vacations! 

We will be honoring your reservation under the terms and conditions they were booked to the fullest extent possible, but please read the following carefully to be sure you’re aware of a few important updates.

You will receive an email from [email protected] with the details of your reservation and payment information. Seven days prior to your arrival date, an email will be sent with all the information that you will need for your stay. This will include driving directions, check-in instructions, and any relevant access codes (such as gates, lockboxes, or clubhouses).

At Vacasa, we like to keep things simple, so please note a few changes to your stay! 

• You will continue to check-in directly at the home you’ve booked, and your check-in and checkout times will remain the same (4pm and 11am respectively).
• Regarding payments on your reservation: your previous down payments have successfully been transferred to your Vacasa reservation. (This does include any payments made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or any other third party booking sites). 
• If you still need to make final payments on your reservation, these payments now need to be made through Vacasa. Payments can be made through your Trip Portal. 
• Access to your Trip Portal will be included in your Vacasa confirmation email. Our policies do require final payment within 30 days prior to your reservation; failing to do so could result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Welcome home. con il numero della mia prenotazione e i dati del check in ecc...in fondo c'è un"tasto" con scritto "finalize reservation" che mi manda a un link di 'sto vacasa...dove fare il login ... ma che è sta cosa???  A qualcun'altro è  arrivato? Cosa avete fatto? Procedo  con il login? Ho sempre paura di una fregatura oppure se non faccio niente  non vorrei mi cancellassero la prenotazione

Io sono stato al Kokopelli l'anno scorso, 3 notti prenotate attraverso il loro sito internet e non ho ricevuto nessun'altra mail a parte quella riguardante la conferma della prenotazione...

Probabilmente o hanno cambiato gestione o hanno solo cambiato sistema di prenotazione... prova a contattare direttamente il kokopelli, magari ti sanno dire qualcosa di più.

A noi era capitato a Durango, il nuovo proprietario ci ha avvertito che avrebbe onorato le vecchie prenotazioni senza modificare il prezzo.

si hanno cambiato il sistema di prenotazione recentemente!

se provi a fare il log in ti fa solo visualizzare la prenotazione e ti da la possibilità di pagare!

E bisogna pagare 30 giorni prima per non perdere la prenotazione?

sembrerebbe di si, io in realtà ho chiesto di pagare al momento della prenotazione e mi hanno autorizzato l'addebito.

adesso però il mio saldo è 40€ in meno rispetto a quanto ho pagato!gli ho scritto una mail vediamo cosa mi dicono

mi hanno risposto che è tutto confermato e che è giusto quello che ho pagato ovviamente, mi hanno inviato anche la ricevuta tramite Vacasa
